500g Granulated White Sugar

500g Water

Combine Sugar and Water.

Bring syrup close to boiling.

Stir syrup to completely dissolve the sugar solids.

Remove mixture from heat and allow it to cool.

Refrigerate and store for up to 1 month.

 

Honey Syrup

Yields: 0.17 Quarts/164g/.16 Liters

100g Honey

64g Water

Combine honey and water.

Stir components until honey is dissolved.

 

Agave Syrup

Yields: 0.15 Quarts/150g/.14 Liters

100g Agave Nectar

50g Water

Combine agave and water.

Stir components until agave nectar is dissolved.

 

Maple Simple Syrup

Yields: 0.26 Quarts/250g/.24 Liters

100g Maple Syrup

150g Water

Combine agave and water.

Stir components until agave nectar is dissolved.
