Angelo from Rocca di Castagnoli. Rocca di Castagnoli is a medieval village in Gaiole in Chianti, using mainly Sangiovese, surrounded by woods, olives and rows of cypress trees. This property has been around since the Etruscan period, and they have since built a modern wine-making cellar while still utilizing the medieval fortress to age the wines.
